Returns:
Returns are only accepted if the wrong item has been sent from our side. If you receive an incorrect article, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed only in case of a size issue. The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned parcel and verify that the product is in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact. Once verified, the refund will be issued accordingly.
